JOKIER JOKES

I had the priviledge to animate for my old friend and mentor David Dacosta’s series of illustrations for his children’s joke book, “Jokier Jokes”.

THE ASK

To bring David’s colorful characters to life for a series of promotional items for Instagram.

DELIVERABLES

The final deliverables for this project were videos formatted for reels alongside transparent GIF's for IG stickers.

BEHIND THE SCENES

I used a combination of DUIK and path animations for these characters,

leaning heavily on my traditional animation background. You can see some of my process below.
