BEHIND THE SCENES
For abstract pieces such as this one, I like to sketch out a rough idea of the movements I want to make. From there I take apart the design files to make sure all of the pieces I want to animate are adjustable to my liking. I used a lot of classic animation techniques such as smearing, squash and stretch, and overshooting to make this animation feel bubbly and lively. I also implemented the use of 3D cameras to give it a more dynamic feel.
